Many people are involved with PAX and each contributes in their own way. From our headquarters in the Netherlands, from Brussels (EU), New York (UN) and together with our local partners in conflict areas. We also work with hundreds of volunteers. We use our years of accumulated expertise to work on protecting civilians against war violence, ending armed violence and building inclusive peace.

After 75 years PAX is still very much needed. Worldwide there are some many people still trying to escape from repression and violence. They deserve our help. PAX is independent of political interests and supported by a broad group of concerned citizens and civil society organisations.

Integrity Policy

All of us at PAX are responsible for respecting our values and for observing a high standard of integrity, wherever we work. We at PAX also all share the responsibility for a safe work environment for employees and safe cooperation with our partner organisations.

Remuneration Policy

PAX applies the classification system of the Collective Labor Agreement for Protestant Church in the Netherlands (PKN) for the remuneration of all employees. We follow the same scale for the Board of Directors. Members of the Supervisory Board, IKV Board, Members Council Pax Christi and our volunteers do not receive any remuneration for their work.
