Where are the Douma4?

December 9, 2014

Exactly one year ago an armed group “Jaish al-Islam” (The Army of Islam) abducted four human rights activists in Douma, a suburb of Damascus. The four human rights defenders have not been heard of since then.

Prior to their abduction the activists received death threats both from the government and from radical militias. Today, 9 December international coalition of 57 organizations, including PAX, call for the release of these brave women and men. PAX hopes you will give maximum publicity to their case.
