Complaints procedure

Complaints are defined as any statements that have become known to the organisation and that express dissatisfaction with the organisation’s operation, its message or any of its employees and which is not a quickly remedied misunderstanding. PAX handles these complaints with utmost care and follows the company complaints procedure.
