How does a country like Kosovo, that suffered from massive violence and violations of human rights in the recent past, come together and work toward a peaceful shared future? PAX and its partners Centre for Peace and Tolerance, Impunity Watch and Integra produced a report that suggests recommendations to improve the framework for dealing with the past in Kosovo.
