As the war in Syria enters a new phase, and Bashar al-Assad’s government forces start claiming victory, this 7th quarterly Siege Watch report warns that an estimated 821,210 people in 34 communities remain trapped under siege. Siege Watch is published jointly by PAX and the Washington-based think tank The Syria Institute.
