The ninth quarterly Siege Watch report, published by PAX and The Syria Institute, details the escalation of the attacks on Eastern Ghouta, including at least four suspected chemical attacks. Across the country, 714,345 people remain trapped in at least 33 besieged communities and more than one million additional Syrians live in “Watchlist” areas, under threat of intensified siege and abuse.
