Working with FairFin (formerly Netwerk Vlaanderen, Belgium), IKV Pax Christi researched the financial institutions’ investments in companies that produce cluster munitions. Our research results, incorporated in our report on ‘Worldwide Investment in Cluster Munitions: A Shared responsibility’, first appeared in October 2009. We updated them in 2010, 2011, and June 2012. In the report, IKV Pax Christi advocates national legislation that would prohibit investments in cluster munitions.
